Club Membership Application

Existing Club Members

If you are an existing club Member, please sign in before renewing your membership as there may be different membership rates/types for new vs. renewing members. If you forgot your username or password, click here.

Joining the Flying Pilgrims is open to anyone and it’s easy to join.  Individuals wishing to become a member can use the online application method by filling in their information including Name, Address, and AMA membership information. Membership dues must also be paid.  Members are expected to know and follow the RC model rules and guidelines defined by the Club, AMA, FAA, and the FAA Airspace Authorization.  These rules are available online and are posted at the airfield. 

You may also join in person by attending a membership meeting. 

Once a new member has joined online or in person you must go through an airfield orientation and flight sign off from a club instructor before you are allowed to fly solo at the field.  Your profile will be in Pending Safety Review status until the sign off with an instructor is complete.

To inquire about a Safety Review and Sign Off please contact Jim Lorenz our club Treasurer via the  club officers page of this website.  He will assist in scheduleing a date and time with an instructor.

Club Membership Period

Adult annual membership dues are $100. New members must also pay a $50 initiation fee.  The initiation fee is used for airfield improvements. Junior membership is $5 for members under age 19. The membership period runs from January 1 through December 31. A $20 late renewal fee applies to memberships renewed after March 1st. This schedule supports annual financial planning.

Fixed date memberships expire at the end of the membership period regardless of when you apply.

Adult membership dues are $100/year.   There is also a new member initiation fee of $50.  

Dues for youth members under the age of 19 are $10/year.  

Members renewing after March 1st are subject to a $20 late fee.
